METEOR GAMING SURVIVAL GENERAL INFORMATION / SERVER FEATURES Weve recently opened a Vanilla Minecraft server with an emphasis on survival. The main goal of this server is to maintain the integrity of vanilla Minecraft, while also adding quality of life improvements to keep things fresh. The only plugins we have running are Quests, Essentials, Ranks and ChestShops player made shops as we encourage cooperative survival between players. Youll have access to perks such as: - Teleportation - Homes up to 20 - Grief Protection for protecting your hard earned stuff, friends can also be added so they have access - Chest Shop sell your items for cash, and purchase things from other players - Quests players have access to complete quests and be rewarded with money items The server is currently set to Hard difficulty. We feel this difficulty makes the game challenging in the early game, and rewards players for playing strategically and using different weapons to take down mobs. If the server gains players, we plan on doing weekly events. These events could look something like player created quests, and the rewards will be well worth the effort. Another thing we strongly believe in is fairness between staff and members. You wont see anyone with an unfair advantage due to spawned in items, as our staff here at MG will be playing on the server alongside members, with the same permissions as members. RULES / APPLICATIONS Server rules are pretty simple, just dont be a dick and no hardcore griefing. Playing pranks on other players in a non malicious way is alright, but if things get out of hand and a player gets reported for repetitive fuckery there can be penalties, like a kick for a set number of days.
